PODCAST: NOURISH - LISTENING TO YOUR BODY

In this episode I am flying solo. Shit happens! So, I decided to share with you my journey when it comes to nourishing our body and mind. Sometimes we set of on a certain path and realize that we have to shift. Changing directions is okay; in fact it is vital for our survival that we are opened and able to adapt.

Over 20 years ago I shifted my diet, the way I ate, and today I am finding that I need to shift again. Let's have a conscious conversation around listening to our body and designing a menu if you will that compliments where you are today.
