Before we start working on designing a healthy lifestyle that balances your unique wants and needs, let me share a bit about myself so you can get to know me better.
I am a certified Meditation Instructor, Spring Forest QiGong Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Certified Health Coach with the Health Coach Institute, and an Essential Oil Advocate and Educator. I also dabble in astrology and am deeply connected with my intuition.
Combined with the technical training I’ve received, my background as a communications and PR professional has given me a diverse set of tools to make me a better coach.
I’ve had my share of health challenges throughout my life. But by opening myself up to new methods of coping and healing, I found a combination of natural practices that have helped me manage my pain and find relief. I’ve understood the impact that mindfulness, breathing, and meditation can have on my physical health.
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that health and happiness are not a destination. They are a journey and the path continues to change as we progress through different phases of life. They also require trust, practice, dedication and help, and you don’t need to navigate alone.
I’m constantly receiving guidance from the people around me who I trust, including my own health coach. As I continue to teach and coach I learn, and as I continue to learn I am in service to share with others.
